We understand plans change and we don’t want to cause further disappointment or pressure. Because of our low pricing and high demand for newer better equipped bikes and beach gear, we usually have no problem re-renting if given ample notice. In such cases, a refund will be provided.

Obviously, “No-Shows” will be charged the full rate of the reservation.

Gulf Shores and Orange Beach do NOT allow bikes on the beach!  In addition, soft sand is difficult to maneuver in and salt water will cause the electric motor to fail.

You are welcome to ride on any hard paved surfaces  to visit restaurants, shops and the Gulf State Park.

 You must have and present a valid drivers license and credit card at the time of rental. The credit card must be in the same as the driver license.

Minimum  age to ride e-bikes is 14 years old however, we require a parent or guardian to sign a responsibility and damage waiver for anyone under 18 and ride with them. All riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by the responsible parent or guardian. Helmets are mandatory for all riders under the age of 18. 

YES, you are. All of our bike are in excellent condition and  must be returned in the same condition you received it (minor scratches are ok) . In the case of damage or theft, you will be responsible for the cost repairs or replacement.

YES, all  of our equipment is delivered and picked up at the place you are staying at either in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores or Fort Morgan. Orders under $79. there is $15 delivery fee which covers delivery and pickup. 

We don't offer beach setup and take down services at this time.
